HVAC Filter: Replace return air filter.
De-Webbing: Sweep lanai corners, front entry, and garage corners for cobwebs/wasp nests.
General Exterior Inspections: A comprehensive walk-around to identify visible damage, maintenance needs, or security vulnerabilities on the property.
Water Softener: Check salt levels and top off if needed.
AC Vent Cleaning: Detailed vacuuming and sanitizing of supply and return vents to improve indoor air quality and airflow efficiency.

Clean water heater to remove sediment and maintain appliance longevity.

Roof Restoration
Apply soft wash treatment to the roof tiles to remove black streaks (Gloeocapsa magma). Coolest month for best chemical results.
